An experienced MCD Care Advisor will visit your home to assess its current setup, identify any safety concerns, and recommend clear improvements. Whether you’re recovering from illness, living with mobility changes, or planning for the future, we’ll guide you through sensible adaptations that make daily life easier and more secure.

We also offer support with relevant applications and referrals — from Blue Badges and equipment grants to arranging trusted contractors or specialist installers.
